Tom Nelson has decades of experience in the technology industry as a writer, engineer, sysop, programmer, and network manager. He has more than 10 years of online experience working as a sysop, forum leader, and software library manager.
For more than 20 years, Tom was also an engineer, programmer, network manager, and computer network and systems designer, integrating Macintosh, Windows, and Unix environments. He has written hundreds of articles, tutorials, and product reviews for magazines and websites, and conducted numerous individual and group training sessions and seminars.
Tom is president of Coyote Moon, Inc., a Macintosh and Windows consulting firm, and technical director of The PetWork, a network of pet information and resources. When he can get the cats off the keyboard, he develops custom databases and software.
