Tom Murse is an editor and award-winning political journalist who has covered local, state, and federal politics for two decades.


Tom Murse is an award-winning political journalist with two decades of experience covering politics and government at the local, state, and federal levels. He has reported for outlets including the Associated Press, Harrisburg Patriot-News, and Allentown Morning Call. In 2006, Tom was among a team of reporters who received the 2006 Taylor Family Award for Fairness in Newspapers from the Nieman Foundation at Harvard University.

Currently, Tom is the editor of The Caucus, where he oversees a team of investigative reporters covering Pennsylvania's state government. He is also the managing editor of LNP, a daily community newspaper staffed by a team of award-winning journalists in Lancaster, PA.
