Scott Kendrick has been an editor for ESPN since 2012, covering a range of sports-related issues including Major League Baseball. Before that, he covered games as a sports editor for the "Lake Country New-Herald" in Cleveland and coordinated coverage for the Cleveland Indians before moving to Florida where he acted as assistant sports editor for the "Florida Times-Union" in Jacksonville. He contributed articles on baseball for ThoughtCo for over six years.
Scott has a bachelor's degree in journalism and a minor in English from The Ohio State University, where he was sports and news editor and eventually editor-in-chief for the student newspaper, The Lantern.
