Red Faction: Guerrilla is the third installment in the Red Faction third-person shooter franchise. It was developed by Volition and published by THQ in 2009. You play as Alec Mason, a mining engineer on Mars who helps the eponymous Red Faction overthrow the oppressive Earth Defense Force. Running a revolution isn't easy, though. If you want some help, here's a list of cheat codes, plus a complete list of PlayStation 3 trophies available in the game.

This guide is specifically for the PS3 version of Red Faction: Guerrilla. A PC guide is also available.

Red Faction: Guerrilla PS3 Cheats

All cheats in Red Faction: Guerrilla are entered as passwords in the game's menu system. From the Main Menu, go to Options > Extras > Enter Code to activate them.

Using some cheats disables the ability to save a game.

HARDHITTER Get the Gold Breaker Hammer.
MAPMAYHEM Unlock four pre-order maps.

Unlockable Red Faction: Guerrilla PS3 Cheats

In addition to the above password codes, Red Faction: Guerrilla has cheats you can unlock via gameplay. Enable them through the menu system while pausing the game.

Cheat Effect Requirement
Cool Turrets Turrets don't overheat. Blow up 100 small hydrogen tanks.
Free Upgrades There's no more salvage charge at the safe house. Successfully complete 50 Guerrilla Actions.
Max Morale There's full morale in all sectors all the time. Liberate Oasis Sector.
Max Technology EDF/Guerilla/Marauder always has the best armor and weapons. Liberate Mars.
No Green Alert There are constant EDF assaults. Successfully complete 25 killing sprees in Campaign mode.
Super Debris All explosive impulses and damage from collisions are tripled. Destroy 50 EDF owned buildings.
Super Hammer Your sledgehammer is extra strong. Kill 100 EDF with a hammer.
Super Jetpack The jetpack recharges twice as fast. Destroy 250 EDF supply crates.
Super Sprinting Sprint at 1.5x normal speed. Mine all ore locations.
Super Toughness Greatly increase the amount of damage you can take. Locate all missing radio tags.
Unlimited Ammo Infinite ammunition for all weapons. Destroy 50 EDF flyers.
