Rachel Burger is a former writer for The Balance Small Business who covered construction management and the construction industry.
For four years she worked at Gartner's Capterra, which advises business software buyers, including construction management companies. As senior project management analyst and content marketing team lead, she covered the tools and software that help builders and contractors succeed.
