Plants vs. Zombies is a tower defense game originally published by PopCap Games on Windows PC and Mac OS X in 2009. It tasks players with protecting their homes from the undead with the help of sentient plants that have unique offensive and defensive capabilities. The game was a smash hit and was later ported to various console and mobile platforms. There are a number of special, hidden effects you can use while playing. Here's the list.

Enable any of the below codes at any time during gameplay by typing them in with your keyboard.

Cheat Code Effect
trickedout Unlocks an alternate appearance for the lawnmower.
pinata A shower of candy appears when zombies die.
daisies Zombies push up daisies when they die.
sukhbir Toggles the zombies' "Brains!" sound effect.
dance Makes the zombies dance.
mustache Gives the zombies mustaches.
future Gives the zombies sunglasses.
