The agency wants snapshots or polaroids of the face and full body shot outside (in natural light) without makeup.

For over 50 years Ford Models has been the most recognized and respected modeling agency in the world. Ford's legacy continues with its incredible men's division. Ford Model's top men include Channing Tatum, Matthew Terry, and Brad Kroenig.

Ford allows you to upload four photos and suggests having a clean face with no makeup and pulled-back hair. It also suggests wearing form-fitting pants like skinny jeans and a tank top.

Fusion Models NYC

Known for its keen eye and ability to develop new faces and turn them into stars, Fusion Model Management has become one of the industry's most important agencies. Fusion NYC represents Caspar Smyth, Harry Curran, and Jack Guinness.

Fusion Models does not request nude or underwear pictures and sets no limit to the number of headshots and body shots you can upload to their website.

You don't need a portfolio of expensive professional headshots to apply. IMG wants to see natural-looking snapshots that any friend or family member can easily take on their smartphone.

While IMG represents some of the most famous supermodels, don't be shy about applying.

Major Model Management

Founded in Milan in the late 1980s, Major Model Management opened its New York office in 1999. Now, with offices in Milan, New York, Paris, and Munich, Major is one of the top modeling agencies in the world. Major's top men include Tony Ward, Florian Van Bael, and Jake Shortall.

With offices in both New York and LA, State Management scouts, develops and manages high-fashion editorial, lifestyle, and fit models. State represents Roch Barbot, Bruck Tekle, and Dylan Thomas.

VNY Models

VNY Model Management is a boutique agency that reps some of the biggest superstars. VNY Models and owner Lana Winters are responsible for creating the careers of such top male models as Sean O'Pry, Nick Snider, Marcus Julien Sabaud, Nick Bryant, and Milan Krouzil.

Wilhelmina Men is the unparalleled top male model agency in the world representing more male supermodels than any other model management company. Wilhelmina Model Management represents such male superstars as Mark Vanderloo, Gabriel Aubry, Alex Lundqvist, Noah Mills, Garrett Neff, and Ben Hill.

Wilhelmina Men's only stipulation about photo submission is that each image be 3 MB or smaller. It also allows models to submit photos via Instagram.

Each of these agencies is a great place to look for work, whether you're just starting out or already have an established career. And if you're wondering, whether a model can work for more than one agency, the answer is, yes. The more agencies you have, the more exposure you’ll get.
