After walking in stilettos all day, the last thing you want to do is slip on yet another pair of heels. You never know when a last-minute casting is going to pop up or who’ll be walking by you on the street—it could be a model scout, a current client, or even a future employer!

Heels instantly give you better posture, making you look taller, slimmer, and more confident. Plus, they prove you can walk in heels—a must for every model. Remember that wearing heels doesn’t necessarily mean wearing skyscraper stilettos. Don’t be afraid to mix it up with heeled boots or wedges.

Clear elastics look best, but you can always hide a bigger or more colorful hair tie by wrapping a piece of your hair around the ponytail holder, then securing it with a bobby pin. Also, remember that elastics break all the time, so be sure to carry a few with you.
