This photo gallery contains some of the mug shots that professional wrestlers have posed for. Alex Riley was arrested on Nov. 17, 2010, in Tampa, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence. He refused to take a test at the scene. He was released from jail after posting a $500 bond. The following June, his lawyers successfully argued that the police had no probable cause for making the stop. The judge agreed and the charges were dropped. 02 of 40 Andre the Giant Andre the Giant was arrested in 1989 for allegedly assaulting a TV cameraman in Iowa. 03 of 40 Awesome Kong Pro Wrestler Mug Shots Awesome Kong Mug Shot. Bagwell spoke about his pain pill addiction on an episode of HBO's "Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel." 11 of 40 Chris Jericho Kenton County Detention Center Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms were arrested in January 2010 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arrest took place at a gas station in Kentucky. Each man was released after posting a $120 bond. 12 of 40 Christopher Daniels Pro Wrestler Mug Shots. In August 2009, Christopher Daniels was arrested in North Carolina on charges of DUI after failing a breathalyzer test, according to Wrestle Zone, adding that he had a 0.14 blood alcohol level. He was released on $2,000 bail. 13 of 40 Dick Slater Dick Slater was arrested in 2003 on charges relating to attacking his ex-girlfriend. Sadly, he died in 2005 of heart failure. 15 of 40 Hardbody Harrison For those unfamiliar with Hardbody Harrison, he was an enhancement talent in World Championship Wrestling. In 2007, Harrison was found guilty of multiple counts of sex trafficking and forced labor. In 2008, he was sentenced to life in prison. Jeff Hardy was arrested on Sept. 11, 2009, on charges of felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed after police seized approximately 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia from his home in North Carolina. 17 of 40 Jim Neidhart Pro Wrestler Mug Shots. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Jim Neidhardt was arrested during Labor Day weekend of 2010 when police allegedly found him in possession of 95 Oxycontin pills and 28 methadone tablets. To make matters worse, some of the tablets had been reported stolen. He was been charged with six felony counts including two for possession, two for trafficking, one for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and one for third-degree grand theft. "In March 2012, he was sentenced to five months and 29 days in jail," Wikipedia notes, adding: "During his sentencing, he was arrested and held in contempt of court." 18 of 40 Jimmy Uso Pro Wrestler Mug Shots. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Jimmy Uso was arrested in Florida on Sept. 29, 2011, on charges of suspicion of DUI. According to TMZ, his breathalyzer registered a blood alcohol level of 0.18, which is over twice the legal limit. He was pulled over by police when his car was allegedly going down a one-way street in the wrong direction. 19 of 40 Kanyon Chris Kanyon was arrested in 2005 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence. The highway patrol approached his car, which was in the median of the highway, and gave him a field sobriety test, which he failed. Angle was also charged with a DUI in Pennsylvania in 2007 but was found not guilty in that case. He was been charged with driving while impaired and speeding. Hours after the incident, he was fired from TNA Wrestling. Over the course of the next few months, Hardy was arrested four times. 25 of 40 MVP Montel Vontavious Porter was 16 years old when he was involved in a 1990 kidnapping. Nicholas Wilson, better known to wrestling fans as Nick Gage, was arrested for allegedly stealing $3,000 from a bank in Collingswood, New Jersey on Dec. 22, 2010. " On March 15, 2011, Wilson pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery and was on April 29 sentenced to five years in prison," Wikipedia notes, adding: "He was released on parole in April 2015 but violated parole and was re-incarcerated. He was released in November 2016." 27 of 40 Nick Hogan Nick Hogan, the son of Hulk Hogan, was involved in a 2007 car accident that resulted in his friend having severe brain damage. In 2008, Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail. 28 of 40 Lex Luger Lex Luger got into some major criminal trouble starting in 2003. He was arrested for domestic assault against Miss Elizabeth and two days later he was arrested for a DUI. Less than two weeks later, Elizabeth died in his house and he was arrested when police searched the house and found drugs. He was arrested on 14 counts of drug possession. He pled guilty and received probation. In 2005, he got in trouble after being removed from a plane that was going from Minneapolis to Canada for a wrestling show. He had neglected to inform his parole officer that he was leaving the country. As a result, he was in a Minneapolis jail for two weeks before being extradited to Georgia where he was tried and was forced to serve nine weeks of prison time. 29 of 40 Ric Flair In 2005, Ric Flair was arrested after a road rage incident in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was cleared of all charges when the witness against him failed to appear in court. 30 of 40 The Sandman James Fullington -- better known as The Sandman -- was arrested in 2008 when he got drunk at a birthday party for Captain Lou Albano. A glass-throwing brawl broke out between Fullington and employees of the restaurant. The cut on the Fullington's head was caused by a glass bottle being broken on his head. Fullington pled guilty to resisting arrest. He was fined $1,000 plus had to pay a $200 court surcharge and was given a one-year conditional discharge. 31 of 40 Santino Marella In 2008, Santino Marella was arrested on a DUI charge. 32 of 40 Scott Hall Pro Wrestler Mug Shots Scott Hall Mug Shot. Sean O'Haire was arrested in September 2009 for battery and criminal trespassing in Georgia after his girlfriend told the police that he attacked her in her home in Savannah, Georgia. This wasn't the first time O'Haire was been accused of assaulting a woman. Shelby County Sheriff's Office, Memphis, TN Sid Eudy was arrested on Jan. 21, 2011, in Shelby County, Tennessee, after he was stopped by police for not wearing a seat belt. After stopping him, the police discovered a small amount of marijuana and found out that he did not have a driver's license. He was released on a $1,000 bond. During his wrestling career, some of the names he was known by were Sid, Sycho Sid, Sid Justice and Sid Vicious. He is a two-time WWE and WCW Champion. 36 of 40 Steve Austin "Stone Cold" Steve Austin pleaded no-contest to charges of assault for striking his wife Debra in 2002. The couple divorced in 2003. 37 of 40 Tamara "Tammy" Lynn Sytch Pro Wrestler Mug Shots. Branford Connecticut Police Department In September of 2012, WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Tamara "Tammy" Lynn Sytch -- better known as Sunny -- was arrested three days in a row. The following month, she was arrested two days in a row. All five arrests were related to alleged domestic violence issues between her and her boyfriend. 38 of 40 Ted DiBiase Jr. Ted DiBiase Jr. was arrested in 2008 for DUI. DiBiase made his WWE debut a few months later. 39 of 40 Andrew James Robert Patrick Martin Andrew James Robert Patrick Martin -- known by his wrestler moniker, Test -- was arrested after he failed a field sobriety test in 2008 and was charged with a DUI. 40 of 40 Travis David Tomko Pro Wrestler Mug Shots Tyson Tomko Mug Shot. He was arrested in a nearby restaurant bathroom. He was allegedly in there for 40 minutes after asking a waitress for a spoon. Police found a syringe in the waste basket.
