Elizabeth "Liz" Kennedy is an educator specializing in the early childhood and elementary levels. She has an extensive background in education, having worked as an early childhood educator, elementary school teacher, and museum educator. For 12 years, Kennedy was the program director of the Arts Partners, Inc., a regional program of Wolf Trap. In this position, she worked with artists and curriculum specialists to develop arts-in-education programs. Kennedy is the co-owner and vice president of Wichita Scribe, Inc., a freelance business she ran with her husband until 2015.


Elizabeth Kennedy earned an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University. She also holds a bachelor's in English Literature from Brown University.
