Photo courtesy of General Motors. Corvette is offering three unique design packages for 2016. These are available only on a Stingray with 3LT trim or a Z06 with 3LZ trim, but can be ordered as either a coupe or convertible. For Stingrays without the Z51 Performance Package, all three design packages require buyers to add magnetic ride control, but they also automatically add a rear spoiler. Each design package offers a number of customizable options, including wheels and paint. The interiors, however, feature only a color exclusive to that design package. 02 of 05 Twilight Blue Design Package: $3,500 Twilight Blue interior on a 2016 Corvette. Photo courtesy of General Motors. Go full blue, or treat it as an accent color with this package (option ZLD). The interior is fully wrapped with Twilight Blue. Paint options include Shark Gray, Blade Silver, Arctic White or Night Race Blue. Convertibles bring out the blue again in the top, with Shark Gray tonneau inserts for when the top is down. For the Stingray 3LT, Polished Motorsports Wheels are added. On the Z06 3LZ, Pearl Nickel Blade Wheels are mounted. The Twilight Blue Design Package also gives you the option of adding a red, white and blue stripe down the center of the hood (option DUP). 03 of 05 Spice Red Design Package: $3,000 The new Spice Red Design Package features a special Spice Red full-color interior. Photo courtesy of General Motors. Make a bold (but elegant) statement by pairing your Spice Red interior with Long Beach Red paint (option ZLE). If red on red is too audacious for your tastes, select from Shark Gray, Blade Silver or Arctic White on the outside. A Spice Red top finishes the look. Similar to the Twilight Blue package, Polished Motorsports Wheels are mounted on Stingray 3LTs, and Pearl Nickel Blade Wheels are used for the Z06 3LZ. Chrome badges and a rear spoiler (for non-Z51 models) are added. This is the only package that doesn't offer any special treatment for the hood. 04 of 05 Jet Black Suede Design Package: $3,995 Offered on 2016 Corvette Stingray and Z06, the Jet Black Suede Design Package features a unique Jet Black sueded microfiber interior, including a microfiber-trimmed steering wheel and shifter, and additional carbon fiber trim. Photo courtesy of General Motors. The Jet Black interior uses sueded microfiber to accent the seat inserts, doors, steering wheel and shifter (package option ZLG). A wing rear spoiler is also added (similar to the other two packages), and this package adds Carbon Flash badges instead of chrome (as the other design packages do). Wheels are also different -- both Stingray 3LTs and Z06 3LZs will get Satin Black Wheels with a red stripe and red brake calipers. Paint options include Black, Arctic White, Torch Red or Blade Silver; all are paired with a Black convertible top. To finish the unique look of this package, the hood extractor becomes Satin Black and receives a Jake Corvette Racing Logo. The Z06 version will be available beginning October 2015. 05 of 05 How Much Does the 2016 Corvette Cost? The 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in Laguna Blue. Photo courtesy of General Media.
