Cathy Jacobs loves all things jeans and denim. She's spent many years as a professional writer, using her knowledge and passion for street style-inspired fashion on a real-life budget -- and for real-life bodies -- to help women look and feel great in their clothing.
An experienced fashion journalist who has written on style topics for Womensforum.com and many other publications, Cathy has also covered a variety of lifestyle topics, including fragrance, food, beauty, and entertainment.
Cathy formerly spent 12 years as the founder and managing editor of a fashion-oriented website for teenage girls devoted to helping teens evolve their styles and selves.
Cathy has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Cathy acknowledges that most of her fashion education came in the form of real-life lessons learned from many other stylish women, including her fashion icons, Sarah Harris, Carine Roitfeld, Kate Moss, Jenna Lyons and Isabelle Huppert.
Cathy is also grateful for everything she's learned from years of experimenting with her personal style.
