Ben has over 10 years of experience as a certified master automobile technician. While serving as an expert technician at Lexus and Toyota, he worked in all aspects of maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. Ben specializes in complex electrical and electronic systems diagnosis. In addition to his professional and writing experience, Ben has taught college courses in auto repair.
Ben earned his Associate’s Degree in Auto Repair at Columbia-Green Columbia-Greene Community College in 2001. He also received the Automotive Service Excellence certification as a master automobile technician. He attained Lexus Senior Service Technician status in 2004 and Toyota Expert Technician Status in 2011.
