Andrea Borghini, Ph.D., is an academic, author, and research fellow whose experience spans more than 20 years. A consummate scholar, Andrea's research focuses on highly specialized issues in the general areas of metaphysics, the philosophy of biology, and the philosophy of food. Andrea has published numerous articles in academic journals and magazines, as well as three books.
Andrea is an associate professor in the Philosophy Department at the Università degli Studi di Milano in Italy. He teaches courses in metaphysics, philosophy, aesthetics, and applied ethics. Andrea also taught at the College of the Holy Cross, Columbia University, and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy, among others.
Andrea Borghini received a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Columbia University in 2007. He also holds an M.Phil. and an M.A. from Columbia University, as well a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Florence, Italy, where he graduated summa cum laude.
