She won a silver medal with the team in Beijing 2008. Sacramone was named to the USA team for the Pacific Alliance Championships in Honolulu, Hawaii, her first major international competitor as a senior. She received the highest floor score of the competition (15.75) and earned a 15.90 on floor.
